"LOXONIN S" is an antipyretic and analgesic drug that is characterized by its fast acting and excellent effectiveness.

●Contains antipyretic and analgesic ingredients that have the characteristic of quickly relieving pain.
The antipyretic and analgesic ingredient [loxoprofen sodium hydrate] quickly suppresses the substances (prostaglandins) that cause pain and fever, providing excellent analgesic and antipyretic effects.
●This is a prodrug formulation* that puts less strain on the stomach.
This prodrug formulation is gentle on the body and reduces the burden on the stomach.
* A prodrug formulation is a drug in which the ingredients are converted into an active form after being absorbed into the body, thereby exerting their effects.
●Does not contain any ingredients that cause drowsiness (sedative hypnotic ingredients).
●One tablet at a time is very effective.
●It is a small tablet that is easy to swallow.

This product does not fall under aviation dangerous goods as defined by the Civil Aviation Law.
Things to avoid
(If these guidelines are not followed, your current symptoms may worsen and side effects are more likely to occur.)

1. Please do not take this medicine for the following people:
(1) Persons who have had allergic symptoms due to this drug or its ingredients
(2) People who have had asthma while taking this drug or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines
(3) Children under 15 years old
(4) Persons receiving the following treatment at a medical institution: gastric/duodenal ulcer, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease
(5) People whose doctor has pointed out a blood abnormality (blood disease) such as a low number of red blood cells (anemia), a low number of platelets (difficult to stop blood, easy bleeding), or a low number of white blood cells.
(6) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of due date
2. Do not take any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
Other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, and sedatives
3. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
Four. Please do not take it continuously for a long period of time. (If symptoms such as pain recur even after taking it for 3 to 5 days, please stop taking it and consult a doctor.)

Things to consult

1. The following people should consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
(1) People receiving medical treatment from a doctor or dentist
(2) Pregnant women or those suspected to be pregnant

(4) Elderly people
(5) People who have experienced allergic symptoms due to medicine, etc.
(6) People who have been diagnosed with the following:
Bronchial asthma, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease
(7) People who have had the following diseases:
Gastric and duodenal ulcers, liver disease, kidney disease, blood disease

2. If the following symptoms are observed after taking this medicine, these may be side effects, so discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist with this leaflet.
(1) If symptoms such as excessive drop in body temperature, weakness, or cold extremities (cold hands and feet) appear after taking an antipyretic analgesic such as this drug.
(2) If you experience peptic ulcers or swelling after taking the medicine.
In rare cases, serious symptoms such as gastrointestinal bleeding (vomiting blood, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, black tarry stools, bloody stools, etc.) may occur, gastrointestinal perforation (a hole in the gastrointestinal tract, causing nausea, vomiting, severe abdominal pain, etc.), and small or large intestinal stenosis or obstruction (causing nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, etc.). If this occurs, consult a doctor immediately.
(3) If the following symptoms occur after taking the medicine:
Affected area: Symptoms
Skin: rash, redness, itching
Digestive system: abdominal pain, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, heartburn, stomatitis, indigestion
Circulatory system: Increased blood pressure, palpitations
Psychological nervous system: drowsiness, numbness, dizziness, headache
Other: Chest pain, fatigue, facial flushing, fever, anemia, hematuria

In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur. If this occurs, consult a doctor immediately.
Symptom name: Symptoms
Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking the drug, symptoms may include itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, shortness of breath, palpitations, and confusion.
Blood disorders: Symptoms include sore throat, fever, general fatigue, paleness of the face or the insides of the eyelids, increased bleeding (bleeding gums, nosebleeds, etc.), and blue bruises (which do not go away when pressed).
Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, erythema multiforme, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread rash/redness on the skin, blisters appearing on red areas of the skin, small bumps (pustules) appearing on the red skin, generalized fatigue, loss of appetite, etc. may persist or suddenly worsen.
Kidney damage: Symptoms include fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, general fatigue, joint pain, and diarrhea.
Congestive heart failure: Symptoms include general fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, and fainting.
Myocardial infarction...constraining chest pain, shortness of breath, cold sweat.
Cerebrovascular disorder: Symptoms such as sudden decrease or loss of consciousness, difficulty moving one side of the limbs, headache, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty speaking, and difficulty speaking may occur.
Interstitial pneumonia: When climbing stairs or exerting yourself slightly, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc. These symptoms may appear suddenly or persist.
Liver dysfunction: Symptoms include fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), brown urine, general fatigue, and loss of appetite.
Rhabdomyolysis: Symptoms include muscle pain in the arms, legs, shoulders, waist, etc., numbness, weakness, stiffness in the arms and legs, general fatigue, and reddish-brown urine.
Aseptic meningitis: Symptoms include a severe headache accompanied by stiffness in the neck, fever, nausea, vomiting, etc. (These symptoms have been reported frequently, particularly in people receiving treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)
Asthma: Symptoms include wheezing or difficulty breathing when breathing.

3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet.
Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea

4. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine 1 or 2 times (this may be due to the possibility of other diseases), stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist with this leaflet.
○ Pain relief for headache, menstrual pain (menstrual pain), toothache, pain after tooth extraction, sore throat, lumbago, arthralgia, neuralgia, muscle pain, stiff shoulder pain, earache, bruise pain, fracture pain, sprain pain, trauma pain
○ Antipyretic at the time of chills and fever

Please take the following amount with water or hot water.

Dosage	1 tablet
Number of doses per day	Up to 2 times. When symptoms appear, avoid taking this medicine on an empty stomach as much as possible. However, if symptoms appear again, you can take a third dose. Please allow at least 4 hours between doses.
