  • 1. The antipyretic and analgesic ingredient "loxoprofen sodium hydrate" quickly suppresses the substances (prostaglandins) that cause sore throat and fever, exhibiting analgesic and antipyretic effects.
    2. "Loxoprofen sodium hydrate" is a prodrug formulation that is gentle on the stomach.
    3. Dihydrocodeine phosphate and dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride relieve troublesome coughs, while bromhexine hydrochloride helps to expel phlegm that causes coughing.
    4. The long-acting antihistamine ingredient clemastine fumarate is effective against runny nose and nasal congestion.

    1. Do not take this medicine if you fall into any of the following categories:

    (3) Children under 15 years of age
    (4) People receiving treatment at a medical institution for the following conditions: gastric or duodenal ulcers, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease
    (5) People who have been diagnosed by a doctor with a blood abnormality (blood disease) such as a low red blood cell count (anemia), a low platelet count (difficulty stopping bleeding, easy bleeding), or a low white blood cell count.
    (6) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of their expected delivery date

    2. Do not use any of the following medications while taking this medicine.
    Other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, cough and expectorant medicines, oral medications containing antihistamines, etc. (oral medications for rhinitis, motion sickness medications, allergy medications, etc.)
    3. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this medication. (Drowsiness may occur.)
    4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this medication, or if you do take it, avoid breastfeeding.
    5. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medication.
    6. Do not take this medication for more than 5 days.
    7. Do not take an overdose.

    (1) If symptoms such as excessive drop in body temperature, collapse (loss of strength), or cold limbs (cold hands and feet) appear after taking the medicine.
    (2) If you experience peptic ulcers or swelling after taking the medicine.
    In rare cases, serious symptoms such as gastrointestinal bleeding (vomiting blood, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, black tarry stools, bloody stools, etc.) may occur, gastrointestinal perforation (a hole in the gastrointestinal tract, causing nausea, vomiting, severe abdominal pain, etc.), and small or large intestinal stenosis or obstruction (causing nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, etc.). If this occurs, consult a doctor immediately.
    (3) If the following symptoms occur after taking the medicine:

    Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking the drug, symptoms may include itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, shortness of breath, palpitations, and confusion.
    Blood disorders: Symptoms include sore throat, fever, general fatigue, paleness of the face or the insides of the eyelids, increased bleeding (bleeding gums, nosebleeds, etc.), and blue bruises (which do not go away when pressed).
    Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, erythema multiforme, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sores on the lips, sore throat, widespread rash/redness on the skin, blisters appearing on red areas of the skin, small bumps (pustules) appearing on the red skin, generalized fatigue, loss of appetite, etc. may persist or suddenly worsen.
    Kidney damage: Symptoms include fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized swelling, general fatigue, joint pain, and diarrhea.
    Congestive heart failure: Symptoms include general fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, and fainting.
    Myocardial infarction...constraining chest pain, shortness of breath, cold sweat.
    Cerebrovascular disorder: Symptoms such as sudden decrease or loss of consciousness, difficulty moving one side of the limbs, headache, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty speaking, and difficulty speaking may occur.
    Interstitial pneumonia: When climbing stairs or exerting yourself slightly, you may experience shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc. These symptoms may appear suddenly or persist.

    Asthma: Symptoms include wheezing or difficulty breathing when breathing.

    3. The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet.
    Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, drowsiness

    4. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine 5 to 6 times, stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this leaflet (especially if fever lasts for 3 days or more or occurs repeatedly).
