  The lactic acid bacteria in Panlacmin are a type of spore-forming lactic acid bacteria called Bacillus coagulans (Lacbon bacteria). Compared to lactic acid bacteria that do not form spores, they are stable against heat and acid, less susceptible to damage from stomach acid, and their viable cell count does not decrease during storage. They also have the excellent property of multiplying well in the intestines.
  Our intestines contain countless different types of bacteria (known as the gut microbiota), and one of these, lactic acid bacteria, produces lactic acid when the balance of the gut microbiota is disrupted due to factors such as a cold stomach or diet, causing diarrhea or constipation.
