  • ● TRANSINO EX is a medicine to be taken at a dose of two tablets, twice a day, containing tranexamic acid, an ingredient that improves melasma, which is effective against melasma.

  • Things to avoid

    1. Please do not take this medicine for the following people:
    People undergoing dialysis therapy (convulsions may occur)
    2. Do not take the following medicines while taking this drug.

    Other notes


    1. This medication contains ingredients that make it more difficult for blood clots (clots of blood) to dissolve. Therefore, please be aware of the early symptoms of thrombosis *.
    *Early symptoms of thrombosis include: severe headache, slurred speech, constricting chest pain lasting more than 10 minutes, sudden shortness of breath, pain and swelling in one calf, sudden, unexplained difficulty breathing, transient loss of consciousness accompanied by chest pain, etc.
    2. Do not take this medication continuously for more than two months. However, you should take it for about one month to get a sense of its effects.
    3. If symptoms recur after discontinuing the medication, you can resume taking it, but wait at least two months before restarting. Also, do not continue taking the medication for more than two months after restarting.
    4. The degree of improvement in blemishes varies from person to person, and this product is not effective for everyone. Also, even if it is effective, it does not mean that the blemishes will completely disappear.
